Information we collect
Information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, state, proposed organization name, organizational status, tradition, community type, services requested, timeline, and anything you write in open-text fields.
Basic technical information that ordinary web hosting generates, such as request logs. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information and we ask that you not send details about unlawful conduct.
How we use information
To respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, prepare a proposal, deliver services you engage us for, maintain our own business records, and comply with applicable law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We may use vendors for email, scheduling, payment processing, file delivery, and hosting. Those providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.
Confidentiality is not privilege
We treat client information as confidential in our business practice. Because we are not a law firm, communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege and may be discoverable. Please keep this in mind when deciding what to share.
Retention
We keep intake and engagement records for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations, then delete or archive them.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted by writing to us. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The revision date will be posted here when we do.
